As an entrepreneur in the service, real estate, and consulting field with over twenty years of experience I understand all the nuances that go along with running your business. Sometimes, you are the entire company, (sales, admin, and production). The multiple hats worn by owners is sometimes necessary.

Then you reach a point when you need people, not just a warm body, but good long term employees. How do you find them and how do you keep them? It starts at the beginning with weeding out candidates and then providing the proper training so you can retain them. Employees and payroll are one of the largest expense for most companies. Reducing costs in that area can be done with proper training, written policies, standard operating procedures, and accountability. As a consultant, I have helped my clients find the right candidates to grow within their organization. 

Business owners are great at growing their business because they are visionaries and focused on the future. However, all the little details of administration, marketing, and human resources are key factors in any successful business.

Why reinvent the wheel if you don't have to? My goal is to increase my client's bottom line, decrease their stress level, and maximize efficiency. It's the little details of running a business that I help owners improve.
